Not only am I cutting alcohol this month, but I’m also trying to eat mostly plant based and vegetarian options. Usually this wouldn’t upset me. But you must understand that from October through December, I have eaten nothing but crap. My main food groups were: potatoes, cheese, burgers, candy, cake, beer, vodka. I haven’t been proactive at eating vegetables for literally months.

From eating pretty hardily and heavy, it’s been… difficult trying to eat so much better. And to top of the no alcohol my irritation levels are just off the charts. I feel bad for the people I work with.
