Like I’ve been writing about that I got a FitBit (they are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone!).
It’s been over a month using the device and the app, and I haven’t lost any weight.
But I got to remember the last time I was serious about losing weight, the weight won’t come off unless you do more intense exercise but it won’t happen immediately.
I’ve noticed my body is starting to change but with little weight loss.
So I’m trying to keep strong and keep with the program. But my clothes fit better and just looking at myself in the mirror I can notice a difference.
Just gotta keep with it!
